Shaun had a long held wish to experiment with brettanomyces yeast. Killer Sharp is the result and is a firm favourite. This has the typical brettanomyces horse blanket nose and sourness. A Dry cider with lots of firm fans. Winner of 1 star in the Great Taste Awards, and both a Silver and a Gold at back-to-back editions of the International Cider Awards.
