Fermented with Brettanomyces yeast – the same wild yeast used in traditional Belgian lambics – it develops complex, funky notes balanced by the natural sweetness of our 100% fresh pressed English cider apples.

We’ve added a touch of Cornish sea salt, in the spirit of the German Gose beer style, to lift the sharp, tangy apple flavours and create a truly refreshing, lip-smacking cider that’s unlike anything else.
