Delivery

We offer delivery across eligible UK addresses.

Standard delivery is £5.99, with FREE delivery on orders over £50.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order and delivery postcode.

Orders are normally dispatched Monday to Thursday. Once dispatched, your order will be handed over to our courier for delivery.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive, particularly during busy periods.

As our products include alcohol, parcels containing alcoholic products must be received by someone aged 18 or over. Our courier may request proof of age where appropriate.

 

Delivery Exclusions

Unfortunately, we're currently unable to offer our standard online delivery service to the following postcode areas:

IV55 – IV56
KA27 – KA28
KW15 – KW17
PA20
PA41 – PA49
PA60 – PA78
PH41 – PH44
ZE

If your delivery address falls within one of these postcode areas, a standard delivery option will not be available at checkout.

If you're based in the Scottish Highlands or Islands and would still like to place an order, please get in touch with us directly. We'll be happy to provide a quote for shipping using an alternative courier where possible.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Once we've received your order and payment has cleared, we'll prepare your order for dispatch.

We normally dispatch orders Monday to Thursday. Orders placed later in the week, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday may therefore be dispatched on the next available working day.

Although we aim for orders to arrive within 1-3 working days, courier delays can occasionally happen.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order has been damaged in transit, contains the wrong items or there is another problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hoganscider.co.uk and we'll do our best to put things right.

Where possible, please include your order number and photographs of any damaged items or packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

 

Missed Deliveries

If our courier is unable to deliver your order, they will normally provide details of the available redelivery or collection options.

Please make sure the delivery information supplied when ordering is complete and accurate.

If an order is returned to us because delivery could not be completed, any further delivery may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
