One Juice

The One Juice Project is a unique collaboration between five of the UK’s most respected cider makers: Hogan’s Cider, Oliver’s Cider & Perry, Ross on Wye Cider, Little Pomona Orchard & Cidery, and Pilton Cider.

Each producer was given 1,000 litres of the exact same freshly pressed apple juice and complete freedom to craft their own cider.

The result? Five completely distinct ciders, all born from the same raw ingredient.

This limited-release experimental series beautifully demonstrates how fermentation choices, technique, and the individual hand of the maker shape the final character of a cider. From yeast selection and maturation to blending decisions, every producer brought their own philosophy and craft to the process, transforming one juice into five unique expressions.
