High Sobriety is now one of our best-selling ciders across the range. It’s everything you’d expect from proper West Country cider - fresh-pressed apples, balanced sweetness and real flavour - just at 0.5%.

The original recipe for High Sobriety was created in 2017; we have been perfecting it for quite a few years now, and have finally achieved that perfect cider taste with only a tiny abv of 0.5%.

Unanimous winner on Sunday Brunch; i news and Alcohol Change gave it 5/5.

A small detail that makes a big difference

To give High Sobriety real structure and depth, we add a small amount of our own apple cider vinegar. Made from the same fresh-pressed tannic cider apples that go into all of our ciders, it adds gentle bite and balance, helping to mimic the character of alcoholic cider without relying on artificial flavourings.
