We’ve always made elderflower cordial and a customer at a market stall blended our homemade elderflower cordial with cider. He declared it delicious so we decided to make the blend ourselves. A firm favourite.

Winner of Silver medals at the International Cider Challenge and International Cider Awards (bottle format).

  • Ingredients

    English cider apple juice, water, sugar, elderflower cordial, carbon dioxide, malic acid, preservative: potassium metabisulphite (sulphites)

  • Tasting Notes

    Fragrant elderflower and fresh apple, delicately sweet with balanced acidity so that each sip is as refreshing as the last.

  • Food Pairing

    Light, fragrant salads (feta, goat's cheese, crab), or summery puds such as eton mess, pavlova, or lemon drizzle cake. Yum!
