High by name but low by nature, High Sobriety is now our best selling bottled cider across the entire range.

As always it's the tannins that make for a deliciously authentic and moreish West Country tipple, making this appley drop beautifully balanced without being too sweet. The original recipe for High Sobriety was created in 2017; we have been perfecting it for quite a few years now, and have finally achieved that perfect cider taste with only a tiny abv of 0.5%.

Unanimous winner on Sunday Brunch; i news and Alcohol Change gave it 5/5.

A small detail that makes a big difference

To give High Sobriety real structure and depth, we add a small amount of our own apple cider vinegar. Made from the same fresh-pressed tannic cider apples that go into all of our ciders, it adds gentle bite and balance, helping to mimic the character of alcoholic cider without relying on artificial flavourings.

It really does taste like a proper cider! We drink this all the time, particularly after a long walk with the dog. Perfect on a school night too.

A wonderful low alcohol cider with a character all of its own - deep apple fruitiness backed with the zing and bite of ACV. Great with barbecue foods or cheese toasties and pizza, naturally.
I sometimes add blackcurrant or ginger cordial and good quality apple juice with ice to make a delicious cider punch.

This is the best low/non alcoholic cider I can find. I love alcohol, but try not to drink too often or too much, and this is ideal, because once it's chilled and poured, it really does feel like you have a proper drink in your hand. It would be great if they could stock it in pubs.

Tried High Society recently in a local pub. Very surprised at the lovely taste. Got the sharpness of real cider and not the sweetness associated with low alcohol drinks. Definitely worth a try. It has converted me.
