High Sobriety Sparkling Ciders Mixed Case 0.5% ABV - 6 cans

To give High Sobriety the structure and depth of a traditional cider, we use a very small amount of our own raw apple cider vinegar during production.

Made from the same fresh-pressed tannic cider apples that go into all of our ciders, it adds gentle bite and balance, helping to mimic the character of alcoholic cider without relying on artificial flavourings.

    Our High Sobriety Raspberry balances tart fruit and soft sweetness for a crisp, refreshing finish and our Original is Light, medium dry, refreshing. It really does taste like a 'proper' cider!

    High Sobriety Original a versatile option for food matching, but you won't go wrong roasted vegetables, pork chops or spicy foods, and it's delicious with mature hard cheeses. High sobriety raspberry is perfect with Game meats like duck or venison, or for a touch of indulgence try a bottle with dark chocolate torte and good quality vanilla ice cream.
