High Sobriety Raspberry Cider 0.5% ABV

High by name, low in alcohol. We’ve blended our original 0.5% cider with fresh raspberry juice for a bright, gently tart twist on proper West Country cider. Light, refreshing and naturally fermented from the same fresh-pressed apples as the rest of the range.

A small detail that makes a big difference

To give High Sobriety real structure and depth, we add a small amount of our own apple cider vinegar. Made from the same fresh-pressed tannic cider apples that go into all of our ciders, it adds gentle bite and balance, helping to mimic the character of alcoholic cider without relying on artificial flavourings.
